Softec Corporation and Robo3 bonded Metaverse Platform development Cooperation: ‘LOTT Solution Expansion’
Softec Corporation Pte. Ltd., who is pursuing the LOTT project, are collaborating with Robo3, an AI (artificial intelligence) robot and software development company, for the LOTT project.
Softec Corporation announced on that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Robo3 to support its NFT and Metaverse project.
Through this business agreement, the two companies plan to actively cooperate in the development of LOTT blockchain platforms. LOTT token services will also be introduced to Metaverse platforms to be built by Metariars, a subsidiary of Robo3’s AI, VR (Virtual Reality), NFT, and Metaverse technology.
Softec Corporation will expand the use of LOTT tokens with Robo3 and introduce various Metaverse content services, a company official said. “In particular, we will further enhance the competitiveness of the blockchain platform business based on Metarials’ technology and know-how in the blockchain and Metaverse solution.”
Founded in 2003, Robo3 is listed on KONEX as an AI robot developing and automation solution company. Last month, Rolf Hoefer, co-author of the NFT Revolution and NFT expert, founded Metarials.
Rolf Hoefer, executive director of Metarials and CEO of the global business division will produce and supply rich and diverse 2D and 3D contents through their own developed software solutions, and will also build metaverse platforms and launch total services.
Meanwhile, Softech Corporation is speeding up its efforts to strengthen its blockchain and virtual asset businesses. On May10th, 2022, David Ham, a blockchain expert, was newly appointed as an LOTT project advisor who has been previously involve in global general manager of Samsung SDS blockchain business. It is expected that this will help strengthen blockchain expertise and competitiveness.
